VinUnici Represents Godspeed Vineyards

VinUnici Partner Launches Foods of the World by National Geographic

Mark Johnson (COO) announced today that VizionForce, Inc., a stakeholder in VinUnici, LLC has launched Foods of the World under license by the National Geographic Society. "To say we're excited would be, well, an understatement," commented Mr. Johnson. "This is an unique eCommerce venture through which we allow consumers to explore exciting new cultural cuisines." The website offers a wide variety of foods from around the world, as well as information on each country's cuisine and geo-cultural characteristics.

 

VinUnici Represents DKR Imports

"We're thrilled to have DKR aboard and look forward to placing their wines in the wine shops and restaurants in Texas." VinUnici Represents Grace Patriot

Brett Flournoy (CMO) anounced today that VinUnici will represent Grace Patriot wines of California. "Grace Patriot wines come from small vinatges off the Sierra Nevada foothills—and we're proud to be representing their fine wines," Mr. Flournoy said. Grace Patriot products a Cabernet Sauvignon, a Syrah and a Tempranillo which won a gold medal at the 2008 Dallas News Wine Tasting.

 

VinUnici Launches Wine Broker Services

VinUnici Spins Off its eCommerce Business

VinUnici will spin off its eCommerce services to WorldShopGourmet, effective March 14, 2008. Mark Johnson (COO) explained, "we've been planning to reposition VinUnici as a wine brokerage service company for months now, and have found an exciting destination for our direct-to-consumer business." He continued, "WorldShopGourmet carries the wines VinUnici customers have grown to love (plus many others), as well as gourmet foods and gifts." The spin-off allows the company to refocus its efforts on wine brokerage services, to be announced soon.

 

VinUnici Offers Wine Marketing Services

VinUnici, an eCommerce venture, began offering wine marketing services in coordination with its Wine Syndication afflilation today. The company offers its consulting services through its business unit VinUnici Consulting.

 

VinUnici Assumes Management of Wine Syndication
